England Tree House Feature
At Brass Light Gallery, we were very excited that a recent customer shared a fantastic project with us: a whimsical tree house in the heart of England! The structure was built within the branches of a very old Monterey Cypress tree. The little house was adorned with our European Country Lanterns, a perfect touch for this whimsical fairy-tale home. Post mount European Country Lanterns also light the deck. The English residents are close to Glastonbury Tor, very fitting, it is an ancient landmark that has been known for its folklore & magical experiences atop the hill. The house sits aloft a beautiful deck, among the trees, that is accessible by a rope ladder or winding staircase.
"We’re really pleased with how the whole thing has come together. For me personally the lights absolutely make it. It took me 3 or 4 weeks of trawling the internet, getting more and more disillusioned, before I came across your site. The moment I saw the European Country lantern I knew the search was over! We live in sight of the legendary Glastonbury Tor, which (according to the website!) is “home of Gwyn ap Nudd, the Lord of the Underworld and King of the Fairies”, so your mention of fairies and fantasy is spot on! Glastonbury itself attracts a huge number of mystics, semi-religious, witch-craft, pagan, etc folk, so it’s always an interesting place to be!"
